Welcome to ActivPaisa, a platform operated by Vaultify Marketing & Consulting Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the ActivPaisa platform, including our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). ActivPaisa acts as a facilitator for loan services, connecting users with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and banks that provide loan products. We do not issue loans, determine loan eligibility, or guarantee approval. Loan applications, processing, approvals, and disbursements are governed by the policies and terms of our lending partners.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the loan application process.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Not engage in fraudulent activities, misuse, or unauthorized access to our Platform.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.

We strive to provide a seamless experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. ActivPaisa is not liable for:

• Loan rejections or delays caused by lending partners.
• Any financial losses resulting from using the Platform.
• Unauthorized access or breaches beyond our control.

8. termination of use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activities.

9. Amendments to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) 2011, that provides for the due diligence to be exercised for the access or usage of this Website.
